Conversational UIs and Chatbots for Internal Communications

I was invited today (12/01/2018) to speak at an digital workplace event at Nuffic organised by Advatera about my favourite subject Chatbots and Virtual Assistants.

I spoke about what Conversational User Interfaces or Chatbots are, what the difference is between a chatbot and AI or Machine Learning, why I think you should start experimenting with conversational UIs (CUIs) for your organisation and steps to start and get it implemented.

Below are my slides. I have used both my personal experience (including a proof of concept for the Internal IT helpdesk at a large financial organisation) and resources available online.
