Advatera invited me back to speak about favourite subject Chatbots and Virtual Assistants at Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft BIG in Vienna. The group was a mix of corporate communication professionals from a variety of industries.
I spoke about what Conversational User Interfaces or Chatbots are, what the difference is between a chatbot and AI or Machine Learning, why I think you should start experimenting with conversational UIs (CUIs) for your organisation and steps to start and get it implemented.
